Use Case on Casting
On May 17th, the METAFACTURING partners met at LTH Castings, Ljubljana for kicking-off the
activities related to the use case on casting. Getting to know the process, instrumentation
and testing practices at LTH Castings allowed the consortium to discuss the WP2 activities
related to data fusion and extension.
WP2 has the objective of developing a toolchain that enables the holistic fusion of data
coming from in-process measurements, end-of-line inspection measurements and sampling based
(destructive) strength tests.
